The Relative Strength Index (RSI), developed by J. Welles Wilder, is a momentum oscillator that measures the speed and change of price movements. The RSI oscillates between zero and 100. Traditionally the RSI is considered overbought when above 70 and oversold when below 30.

I got back into the trade lower. The bounce off the support needed a quick push to the long side.

I cut the trade short for breakeven. I could not see price breaking through the cloud quickly.

The call was correct, as price snapped through the support line thereafter.
