The Canadian one dollar coin, commonly called the loonie, is a gold-coloured one-dollar coin introduced in 1987. It bears images of a common loon, a bird which is common and well known in Canada, on the reverse, and of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse.

All charts line up. I was looking for the correct entry. The trade moved fast, so I missed a chunk. My stop was wide because of this.

The priced moved nicely before a slight dip. As news was immient, I tried to protect myself by covering my position, to breakeven.

Trade was stopped out.

The foreign exchange market is the market in which participants are able to buy, sell, exchange and speculate on currencies. Foreign exchange markets are made up of banks, commercial companies, central banks, investment management firms, hedge funds, and retail forex brokers and investors.

After trade analysis
USDCAD went through my initial stop, which would have meant, I could have made a loss if the position was still open. My call to breakeven was correct.
The pair bounced off next support zone, approximately 20pips from my stop area. Currently, it is trading approximately 100pips above my trade entry.
